Only after you agree and click to confirm the terms of this agreement and complete the registration process can you become an officially registered user of Long Pay and enjoy various services of Long Pay. Your registration, login, use, etc. will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to this agreement, or have any questions about the terms of this agreement, please immediately stop the Long Pay user registration process, and you can choose not to use the services of this website.

 

This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between Long Pay and users regarding the "Long Pay" service (hereinafter referred to as "service"). "User" refers to an individual or organization that registers, logs in, and uses this service. This agreement can be updated by Long Pay at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are announced, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms in this APP. After revising the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the revised terms, please stop using the services provided by Long Pay immediately, and the user's continued use of the services provided by Long Pay will be deemed to accept the revised agreement.

 

2. Account registration

1. Users need to register a "Long Pay" account before using this service. The "Long Pay" account should be registered with a mobile phone number, and the user is requested to register a "Long Pay" account with a mobile phone number that has not been bound to the "Long Pay" account, and a mobile phone number that has not been blocked by Long Pay in accordance with this agreement. Long Pay can change the way of account registration and binding according to user needs or product needs without prior notice to users.

 

2. If the registration applicant has a precedent of being banned by Long Pay, or is suspected of false registration, abuse of registration in the name of others, and other reasons for not being able to obtain permission, Long Pay will reject its registration application.

 

3. In view of the binding registration method of the "Long Pay" account, you agree that Long Pay will allow your mobile phone number and mobile device identification code and other information to be used for registration during registration.

 

4. When users register and use this service, Long Pay needs to collect personal information that can identify users so that Long Pay can contact users when necessary, or provide users with a better experience. The information collected by Long Pay includes but is not limited to the user's name and address; Long Pay agrees that the use of this information will be subject to the third article of protection of the user's personal privacy information.

3. Account Security

1. Once the user registers successfully and becomes a Long Pay user, he will get a user name and password, and has the right to use his user name and password to log in to Long Pay at any time.

 

2. The user is fully responsible for the security of the user name and password, and at the same time is fully responsible for all activities and events carried out under his user name.

 

3. Users shall not transfer or authorize others to use their Long Pay username in any form without authorization.

 

4. The user should keep the password properly, and do not tell others the password. All losses caused by poor password storage shall be borne by the user.

 

5. If the user discloses the password, it may lead to adverse legal consequences. Therefore, no matter what the reason is that the user's password security is threatened, he should immediately contact the Long Pay customer service personnel, otherwise the consequences will be at his own risk.

4. User statement and guarantee

1. The user promises that it is a civil subject with full capacity for civil conduct, and has the ability to conclude transactions and perform its obligations.

 

2. Users are obliged to provide their own real information when registering, and to ensure the validity and security of content such as mobile phone number, name, and location, and to ensure that Long Pay staff can get in touch with users through the above contact methods. At the same time, the user is also obliged to update the relevant registration information in a timely manner when the relevant information actually changes.

 

3. Any content produced, uploaded, copied, published, and disseminated by the user during the use of Long Pay, including but not limited to account avatar, name, user description and other registration information and authentication materials, or text, voice, pictures, videos , pictures and texts, etc., sending, replying and related link pages, as well as other content generated by using the account or this service, must not violate the relevant national laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following principles:

 

(1) Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

(3) Damage to national honor and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Undermining the state's religious policy, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes;

(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

 

4. Users shall not use the "Long Pay" account or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish, and disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of "Long Pay" or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:

 

(1) Contains any sexual or sexual suggestion;

(2) Contains insulting, intimidating, or threatening content;

(3) Contains harassment, spam, malicious information, and deceptive information;

(4) Involving other people's privacy, personal information or materials;

(5) Infringe on other legal rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;

(6) Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the service and violates the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

5. Service content

1. Long Pay is a service application that uses a wide range of online payment methods to provide registered customers with a new transaction model of collection and payment. The specific service content is provided by Long Pay according to the actual situation, including but not limited to:

 

(1) Recharge (or escrow);

(2) Collection (or collection);

(3) payment (or payment);

(4) Refund (or cash withdrawal);

(5) query;

 

2. Long Pay has the right to review or delete any content posted/distributed by users that is suspected of being illegal or violating socialist spiritual civilization, or that Long Pay considers inappropriate (including but not limited to text, voice, pictures, videos, graphics, etc.)

 

3. All notices and other messages sent to the user can be sent through the APP or the contact information provided by the user.

6. Termination of service

1. Under the following circumstances, Long Pay has the right to terminate the provision of services to users:

 

(1) When a user violates the relevant provisions of this service agreement, Long Pay has the right to terminate the service provided to the user; if the user registers as a user again directly or indirectly or in the name of another person, once found, Long Pay has the right to directly Aspect terminates the provision of services to the user;

 

(2) If Long Pay contacts the user through the information provided by the user and finds that the contact information filled in by the user at the time of registration no longer exists or cannot be connected, Long Pay will notify the user of the change through other contact information, and the user will be within three working days. If no new contact information is provided, Long Pay has the right to terminate the service provided to the user;

 

(3) Users are not allowed to swipe or cheat through programs or manual methods. If users are found to be cheating, Long Pay will immediately terminate the service and have the right to withhold the amount in the account;

 

(4) Once Long Pay discovers that the data or information provided by the user contains false content, Long Pay has the right to terminate the service to the user at any time;

 

(5) When the terms of service are terminated or updated, the user expressly refuses to accept the new terms of service;

 

(6) Other situations where Long Pay considers it necessary to terminate the service.

 

2. After the service is terminated, Long Pay is not obliged to retain any information in or related to the original account for the user, or forward any information that has not been read or sent to the user or a third party.

 

3. The user understands and agrees that even after the termination of this agreement and the termination of the user's service, Long Pay still has the right to:

 

(1) continue to save your user information;

(2) Continue to claim to the user the responsibility for violation of laws and regulations, this agreement and platform rules during the use of Long Pay.

7. Service changes and interruptions

1. In view of the particularity of network services, the user agrees that Long Pay will change or interrupt some or all of the network services, and delete (no longer save) any information submitted by the user during use without notifying the user or making any corrections. Any user or any third party assumes no liability.

 

2. Long Pay needs to regularly or irregularly test or update the platform that provides network services. If the network service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, Long Pay does not need to bear any responsibility for it.

8. Amendments to the Terms of Service

1. Long Pay has the right to modify any content of the terms of service at any time. Once any content of the terms of service changes, Long Pay will prompt the user to modify the content in an appropriate way.

 

2. If you do not agree to the modification made by Long Pay to the terms of service, the user has the right to stop using the network service.

 

3. If the user continues to use the network service, it is deemed that the user accepts the modification made by Long Pay to the terms of service.

9. Disclaimer and Compensation Statement

1. If Long Pay has made it clear that its service provision method has changed and reminded the user to pay attention, all consequences arising from the user's failure to operate as required shall be borne by the user.

 

2. The user expressly agrees that the risks of using Long Pay will be entirely borne by him, and all consequences arising from his use of Long Pay will be borne by himself.

 

3. The user agrees to protect and maintain the interests of Long Pay and other users. Due to the user's illegal, untrue, improper, or violation of the legitimate rights and interests of a third party in the use of Long Pay, or the user's violation of any terms under this agreement If Long Pay and any other third party cause losses, the user agrees to bear the liability for the resulting damages.

10. Privacy Statement

1. Scope of application:

 

(1) Personal registration information provided upon request when the user registers for a Long Pay account;

(2) When the user uses Long Pay or visits its related webpages, Long Pay automatically receives and records the server values on the user's browser, including but not limited to data such as IP addresses and web page records requested by the user.

 

2. Use of information:

 

(1) Long Pay will not sell or lend the user's personal information to anyone, unless the user's permission is obtained in advance;

(2) Long Pay also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate users' personal information by any means. If any user engages in the above activities, once discovered, Long Pay has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user and seal up his account;

(3) To achieve the purpose of serving users, Long Pay may provide services to users by using users' personal information, including but not limited to sending product and service information to users, or sharing information with Long Pay partners so that they can send users Information about its products and services.

 

3. Information disclosure: The user's personal information will be partially or fully disclosed under the following circumstances:

 

(1) Disclose to a third party with the consent of the user;

(2) According to the relevant provisions of the law, or the requirements of administrative or judicial agencies, disclose to third parties or administrative or judicial agencies;

(3) If the user violates relevant Chinese laws or website policies, it needs to be disclosed to a third party;

(4) In order to provide the products and services requested by the user, it is necessary to share the user's personal information with a third party;

(5) Other disclosures that Long Pay deems appropriate in accordance with laws or website policies;

(6) Long Pay will strictly implement the relevant confidentiality agreement for the bank account information provided by the user when using Long Pay.

11. Others

1. Long Pay solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt Long Pay from liability and limit user rights. Users are requested to read carefully and consider risks independently. Minors should read this agreement accompanied by their legal guardians.

 

2. The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China and Cambodia. If there is any dispute or controversy between the user and Long Pay, it should first be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where Long Pay is domiciled.

 

3. If any clause of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses are still valid and binding on both parties.

 

4. The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to Long Pay, and reserves all rights of interpretation and modification.

 

5. This Agreement shall apply from January 1, 2020.
